We are happy to accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused, altered or defective merchandise returned within 14 days from the receipt of merchandise.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Once you receive your authorization number, please package your item(s) carefully, include the original packing list in the box, and mail your return to:

You may use the carrier of your choice to ship your return, but we recommend using a method that is trackable and insured. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Any refund will be credited back to the credit card used on the order. We cannot accept COD returns.
If an item returned to DAGMAR SPICHALE was either sent without return authorization or is not approved upon receipt, the item will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping charges. DAGMAR SPICHALE will not be responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
